Farnham Town is delighted to announce that striker Owen Dean has signed a new contract with the Cub that runs until the end of the 2026/27 season.
This comes after Owen put pen-to-paper on an 18-month deal last December running until June 2026 which recognised him as one of the Club’s biggest assets as we continued to cruise to the Isthmian South Central league title last season, winning the league by 20 points and earning promotion to Step 3 for the first-time in our history.
In each of the last three seasons, Owen has ended the season as the Club’s top scorer with 14, 22 and 26 goals across all competitions respectively, illustrating his value to the side as we have earned back-to-back promotions and enjoyed record runs in the FA Vase, FA Trophy, FA Cup and Surrey Senior Cup along the way.
Having came through the youth system at Farnham Town, Owen continues to be a shining light of the pathway that runs throughout the Club, illustrating the opportunities available to the next generation coming through the ranks.
Over the course of the early stages of the 2025/26 season, Owen surpassed 150 career appearances for Farnham Town as well as eclipsing 100 career goal contributions for the Club, with a total of 73 goals and 33 assists to date.
