Farnham Town renews partnership with LFM Chartered Accountants

A Chartered Accountants That Has Embraced Technology To Improve Efficiencies.

Farnham Town Football Club is delighted to announce that LFM Chartered Accountants has agreed to be a key community partner for a further season, supporting the team on the pitch and helping the club to promote the work and requirements of Farnham Foodbank.

An accountancy firm that is determined to deliver the best possible service for their clients, LFM has embraced technology to implement a virtually paper free approach the enables the company to provide a more efficient response to their clients’ needs.

Partner Matt Ellis explains the thinking behind the approach.

“Our clients come to us seeking financial advice and solutions to their business issues.

Because we do everything on line, it means we’re always dealing with live data, so we’re able to provide a more accurate, immediate, response, and we’re more time efficient, which allows us to be transparent in terms of the fees we quote and charge to our clients”.

It’s a company that has grown organically, frequently based on referrals from existing clients, other companies or professional bodies that have experienced the benefits of the LFM service at first hand.

“We’re understandably proud of the fact that so much of our business comes via word of mouth.

The fact that our current clients are happy to recommend us to others is an excellent endorsement of our approach”.

Having ‘come through the ranks’ himself, Matt is also an example of the opportunities that LFM offer junior staff.

“We get a real buzz from seeing our staff progress. Working at LFM they’ll not only gain experience across an extensive range of projects, they’ll also understand why client service is so important, an additional skill that will serve them well in their working life”.

A lifelong Southampton fan who’s first football memory is of going to The Dell as a five year old, Matt has close links to local non-league football having played for both Alton Town and Farnham Town reserves.

Although he now dedicates weekends to his family, Matt regularly goes to midweek games, particularly enjoying away fixtures.

“You can’t beat it! Somewhere like Selhurst Park under the floodlights is absolutely fantastic”.

He’s yet to experience the atmosphere created by our own Clockenders but, when he does, we’re sure he’ll want more!
