Farnham Town Football Club is delighted to welcome Catch Resource Management as a first team sponsor and one of the community partners that have enabled the club to support the work of Farnham Foodbank this season.
Established in 1999, Catch Resource Management is a specialist IT recruitment consultancy, based in Farnham, that providies a tailored service for UK and European companies running systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle JD Edwards and Oracle Netsuite.
Sales Director, Phil Blackmore, who initiated the sponsorship deal, believes that the key to the company’s success lies in the personal relationships that the Catch team build with both their clients and the candidates that they put forward.
“Our approach is about more than merely understanding the role.
It’s about building a rapport with the client, appreciating the culture of their company and ensuring that any candidate who we put forward has both the right skillset and the right personality to be a complementary part of their team.
There is no point going for a short term solution, just to make commission.
If the appointment doesn’t work out, then the person who made the appointment will look bad internally and certainly won’t thank you; whereas, if you make them look good by recommending the right person, then they will recommend you to others”.

Phil is currently looking for new people to join the Catch team in Farnham.
