Safeguarding and Club Welfare

At Farnham Town Football Club, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are fully committed to the safety and welfare of all children and adults at risk under our care. The Club insists on the highest standards of safeguarding and expects all staff, players, volunteers, and visitors to share in our unwavering commitment to protecting young players and vulnerable individuals at all times.

We believe that everyone involved in our club—whether staff, players, volunteers, or visitors—has both a moral and legal obligation to report any concerns regarding the welfare of a child or adult at risk. We take all concerns seriously and will act swiftly and appropriately to ensure safety and well-being.

The safety and welfare of children and adults under the Club’s care is always our top priority.

All children and adults at risk associated with Farnham Town Football Club—regardless of age, gender, language, culture, social background, disability, racial origin, religious beliefs, and/or sexual identity—have the right to a safe environment free from abuse or harm.

All suspicions, reports, and allegations of abuse will be taken seriously, fully investigated, and referred to the appropriate local authorities when necessary.
