Waters joined the Club in February 2024 after spending the first seven months of the 2023/24 season with Kingstonian of the Isthmian Premier Division.
The 28-year-old midfielder has a lot of experience playing in the higher levels of the English football pyramid, having spent two seasons with Tooting & Mitcham United before joining Hanwell Town where he spent the 2022/23 season.
